What should I do if my first invoice includes 19% VAT? Can it be refunded?
Never pay an invoice containing 19% VAT! Paid invoices will not be refunded! Netcup now automatically identifies international countries (e.g. US, UK, China) during checkout and issues invoices at 0% VAT net pricing. If your initial invoice mistakenly shows 19% VAT, leave it unpaid and submit a support ticket in CCP requesting the invoice be recalculated at 0% VAT before paying. Once an invoice is settled, official policy strictly prohibits tax refunds.
What is displayed on the official PDF invoice?
PDF invoices downloadable from the CCP panel indicate a tax rate of 0% (or 'Reverse Charge / Non-EU Supply' according to § 3a UStG). For corporate accounting outside the EU, this is processed as a standard foreign digital service expense.
Why does the catalog price sometimes differ from the calculator?
